The
Steve Cattanach Memorial Trophy
For Technical Excellence was first introduced
at the club in 2003, following the sad and untimely death of Senior
Instructor, Steve Cattanach, in the previous year. Steve has been,
and will continue to be, greatly missed by all those at Temple,
particularly by the Senior Instructors who knew and were extremely
good friends for many years with Steve, and also by those younger
students whose martial arts careers were started with Steve. Our
thoughts go out to all those Steve left behind, and we would particularly
like to thank his family for their continued support of the club
by the initial sponsoring, and presentation of the Trophy in 2003,
and again in 2004. |
