Institute Of Martial Arts ?
Just come along to one of our training sessions, ask for the senior
instructor, and give it a go! We have a very broad range of students,
from complete novices, both young and old, to very experienced international
competitors. Alternatively, feel free to contact the Head Coach,
Robert Smith, or any other club member.( See Contacts).

Where is the Perth
Club located ?
The Perth branch operates out of a sports hall attached to the right
hand side of the Tulloch Institute social club. This is located
at Tulloch
Terrace, just off Crieff Road (click for multi-map), Perth.

Where
is the Dundee Club ( Temple HQ) located ?
The Dundee club, as well as having normal training
sessions during the week, is the site where most Temple/Scotland
Squad Training sessions take place, usually on the first Sunday
of each month (Always confirm first!) Additionally, it is also the
site used when Temple Inter Club Competitions take place in Dundee.
It is located at the top end of Wolseley
Street, Dundee (click for multi-map
), just off Strathmore Street.

When
is the Club open ?
The classes at Perth run on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6.00
pm - 9.00 pm.
Children 4 - 7 . years 6.00 - 6.45
pm.
Children 8 - 13 years 6.45 - 7.30 pm.
All children should be accompanied by an adult when dropping off
before and picking up after classes.
Adults from 7.30 - 9.00 pm.
This is a general guide as some overlapping of classes can occur,
depending on child's experience level and discretion of Head Coach.

What does the Club
offer ?
The Institute of Martial Arts' main purpose is to teach and promote
various Martial Art forms throughout Scotland. In Perth these forms
include Chinese Kickboxing, Kung Fu (Lan Jung Kuen) and Self-Defence.
Classes also include fitness and body conditioning sessions. Temple
Martial Arts gives athletes the opportunity to compete in events
at club, national and international level, both organising and participating
in many events throughout the year.

What age can children
start ?
This is not set in stone, but the youngest student we've had previously
is about 4/5 years old. It depends if the child is happy enough
to take part in the class. Once again, if you have any concerns,
